So, Saturday I spent a bunch of time in Daisy's pen, cleaning it out, freshening bedding, tempting fate! Predictable, she got bold and offered a few piggy bounces/barks - which I countered with a couple of good shoves with my leg and "NO!". I was glad people warned me that they protest when you do this - as she certainly complained. I got her to back up/move away a few steps each time. However, I do not feel that this is resolved yet ... she tends to do her "faux charge" from several feet away, and never actually comes super-close or makes contact - so I have to rush in a bit to make contact with her to shove her. I think the pig-board approach of training to back up will help ...
At least I feel more confident about the whole thing. However, I do find myself less inclined to spend time with her - and she still has a couple of claws that need attention. Hopefully we can resolve this soon.
